Personalised 1-1 sessions focussing on speed, efficient movement and return to play.

Delivered by our elite team of coaches, the sessions are structured in a way for every individual to make technical change and be more effective in their running.

Speedworks specialise in refining fundamental movement for speed. We provide a unique learning experience that enables each individual to understand, internalise and master the required skills.

As a team we have accumulated numerous years of experience and worked with a range of people from building Olympic track and field athletes, fine tuning professional rugby and football players to introducing young children to the foundations of running technique, and returning injury prone athletes/players to elite performance.

SPEED TRAINING

Develop your acceleration and maximum speed while increasing your tolerance to sub-maximal speeds so that you can do it again and again. Our coaching eye, data analysis and feedback will allow us to model your strengths in sprinting for the most effective technical feedback.

EVENT/GAME SPEED

Transferring your speed into your sport is essential. We will challenge you with different types of movement specific to your sport. This includes accel/decel, change of direction, lateral movements, block starts, race tactics and speed maintenance.

SPEED ANALYSIS

Testing is always the starting point. We know that you cannot measure progress, without knowing where you started. The analysis is done using AI and providing an in-depth report with actionable’s.  Assess, don’t guess!

RETURN TO PLAY

We support players and athletes on their return from injury, making them more robust and confident in their movements. Using a progressive speed and movement approach to training, the goal is to fix any underlying mechanical inefficiencies and create a more effective way of running for each individual.

How it works

  • We offer both 60min and 90min one-to-one sessions, and our experienced coaching team caters to athletes across all sports, and abilities from the age of 6 upwards. 
  • The first session not only kickstarts your journey but also includes a comprehensive running analysis, providing you with a detailed report ensuring a tailored approach to your athletic development and allowing each person to continue to make improvements away from our sessions.
  • You can book a one off session or pre book a block of 4 which gives you a 20% discount per session.
  • 60 min session
    • One off session – £100 
    • Block of 4 – £320 (£80 per session)
  • 90 min session
    • One off session – £150 
    • Block of 4 – £480 (£120 per session)
