1 To 1 Coaching


Speedworks are offering one to one sessions for those looking to improve their speed and running mechanics. You can book a one-off session or a block of private sessions with any of our Speedworks Coaches. The sessions are practical based tailored to the client’s individual needs. Our clients range from aspiring developing athletes, veteran athletes to professional athletes, team players and agents.

Experience life as a professional Speedworks Training Athlete.  Eat, Sleep and train the Speedworks philosophy!  Athletes will experience a Speedworks program for 5 days, which covers technical running, speed and power, general conditioning, strength work and recovery.

The camp allows access to the track coaches, strength and conditioning coaches and sports therapy team.  Sessions will be on a one to one basis. Athletes can visit individually or in groups and can even attend with their coaches for a week or more or at periodic weeks throughout the training period.



Speedworks Training are offering technical and programming advice via a one hour Skype or facetime call.  The coach will do a video analysis and advise on technical cues to go away and can also offer advice on programming and sessions.
