FitCamp is a group exercise class aimed at improving all round fitness and general conditioning, with a big variety of workouts each week including body weight circuit based work and cardiovascular fitness.
FitCamp operates three sessions in a week and is led by experienced coach and Olympian Julie Dodoo and GB International long jumper Dan Bramble.

If you are looking for a more personalised plan and individual sessions with a set goal in mind then please get in touch.
Whether its weight loss, toning, general conditioning or return to running, Julie will go through an initial assessment, where realistic goals will be set and a program written to suit the clients requirements.
Sessions can be booked either as a block of 6 or just one off sessions.
Sessions last 30 mins will be done online in your own home or home gym.
