Come and join our group sessions and be trained by Olympian and Former International Athlete Julie Dodoo (nee Hollman) who is now an elite track and field coach, personal trainer and mum of two.
The group sessions will be aimed at improving all round fitness and general well being.
As a heptathlon and decathlon coach for 10 years, Julie knows what it takes to get athletes fit and ready for their diverse event. However, you don’t have to be a pro athlete to come to these classes but you can certainly train like one by doing a variety of workouts suited to your needs to improve cardiovascular fitness, mobility, general strength, coordination and power.
As a former international athlete and now a busy working mum, Julie understands the benefits of exercise for all abilities, with the element of making it fun, engaging and feeling like you’ve worked hard in an efficient way. The goal is to leave the session feeling empowered and energised.
The session can cater for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced and the sessions will give you something different and varied to cover your fitness requirements.
Classes are £5.50 per session and there is no commitment needed, just simply pay as you train.

Saturdays – 0800-0900 – Indoor Track, Loughborough University, LE11 3TU
