Shipping & Returns
Delivery of Exergenies takes 1-2 business days within the UK and 3-5 business days for Europe. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and throughout the weekends, will be processed on a Monday.
For orders outside of the UK, please note that you will be charged for import fees. We have no control over these fees and Speedworks Training are not responsible for these fees.
If a package is lost or stolen, Speedworks should be notified immediately and a claim filed to the shipping company. Once the claim has been filed and we receive a notification and information regarding the package from the shipping company then Speedworks will liaise directly with the customer. We are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address if the address supplied on the initial order was an error.
Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, unpaid import tax etc, the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package.
If the product is faulty, please communicate with Speedworks Training in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with your name, order number, details of the fault and if you require a refund or a replacement. Once we have received the goods then we can send out a replacement or refund you the original price you paid for the product.
If you no longer require the product and have simply changed your mind, then we can accept a return and process a refund as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. We cannot accept a return on a product that has been used unless it is faulty.
We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange. The cost of the return is the customers responsibility. It is also the customers responsibility to make sure that the product is received by Speedworks, so we advise you send it by a recorded delivery.
