We are hosting our first workshop in France at the impressive and Iconic Stade Toulousain. Jb-Morin and Jonas Dodoo are world renowned for the work on sprinting and it’s application to various elite settings. They have educated 1000’s of sports practitioners on their methods and will be sharing more data, process and practical wisdom with you.
Jb-Morin has a plethora of research in the sports performance with a focus on force velocity profiling. He has consulted with some of the best teams in the world and has his research and algorithms being utilised by multiple software companies. His work has been proven to support performance and identify risk factors to injuries.
Jonas Dodoo has a reputation for simplifying the complexity of sports science and biomechanics. He spent the past 8 years developing some of the fastest athletes in Europe across rugby, football and athletics. He is known for finding ways to develop speed for team sports players amongst the chaos of the in-season training. His system has been used to safely return many players back from injury, running faster and moving more efficiently than their pre injury form.
The workshop will be a mix of theory presentation, group discussion and practical training. Be sure to bring your brains, pens and training gear.
The day will start with Jb and Jonas giving you an update on the next level in athlete profiling and bucketing. They will show you how to connect the kinetics from a force velocity profile, with the kinematics using video analysis from an I-phone. Most importantly you will be able to develop your coaching eye and practical feeling needed for acceleration and sprinting. You will be invited to take part in a practical session after lunch where we will coach you through speed skills and transference exercises.
All attendees will receive pre-course material 10 days before the event.
