Aim of Session
We will test your performance in acceleration (0-10m) and max velocity 30-40m) and give you a data analyse based on PSR scores (Projection, switching and reactivity) .
Session Plan
– Arrive at 1pm and do your own personalised warm up ready to test at 1.30pm.
– Perform 4 runs in total over 0-10m, 0-20m, 0-30m and 0-40m. 0-40yds is available for NFL players on request.
– Summary and presentation to give you a breakdown of what the report will look like and how you interpret the data.
Testing Info
On the day you will be given your times for each of the individual runs from the timing gates.
48 hours later you will also be provided with a data report for your 0-10m and 30-40m segment based off your fastest run. The report will give an overview of your performance and strengths and weaknesses when looking at projection, switching and reactivity (PSR). This is broken down into a digestible format through simple charts, kinograms and figures and will be explained to you on the day after the testing runs.
